20 Liters
“For us, the problem became very real during a conversation with church leaders in Masaka, Rwanda. There, in June of 2008, 500 people died from a cholera outbreak due to contaminated water… From that moment on, we set out to make clean water a reality, 20 Liters at a time, in Sub-Saharan Africa.”
In 2016 we will bring 10 years of clean water for 8,550 people in Rwanda. Help us get there!https://t.co/KY0jUlzlJw pic.twitter.com/WjyoCiFLAw

Why Twenty?
“All over the world, 20-liter yellow jerry cans are commonly used to transport water. Often, the water being toted is not safe for drinking… So join us in fighting dirty, and help us create clean water for every body—20 Liters at a time.” (50 Four 50 Global Project)
